Sleep in shift payments
Staff working in services who are required to “sleep-in” are also entitled to allowances of £24.10 on weeknights and £27.10 at weekends.

Pension
We will pay 6% of your gross salary into a pension scheme, regardless of whether you choose to make an additional contribution.

Annual Leave/Public Holidays
All employees benefit from a minimum of 25 days' annual leave a year. In addition after one year of service, staff accrue an extra day per year up to a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a further eight days public holidays, or time off in lieu.

If you are required to work on a public holiday, you will be paid at double the normal hourly rate.

Cartrefi Cymru has a comprehensive company sickness scheme which offers increasing benefits as your length of service increases.
